Asynchronous - We can do things on our own time since we all have lives to live, without hurting ourselves with stress.

Open and honest - Working through problems.

Something peaceful and calm - We're definitely fighting a war, but we should still have a calm and peaceful way of interacting with each other. In spring of 2024 I kind of allied us with peaceful foundation, which is a project very similar to ours. "Something peaceful to build upon".
